Our pallet team work on providing discounted pallet rates in Australia. We have door to door pallet delivery to every city in Australia. Our system can even pickup and deliver pallets to residential locations. To process the pallet quote correctly please make sure all of the information is entered correctly on our booking form. We require specific information such as ” Do you need a tail-gate-lifter? ” this is important as it tells our system what type of truck to dispatch to your location. When sending pallets the standard chep or loscam pallet size is aprox 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm. When sending large or oversized pallets please help to enter the exact length x width x height as our system will automatically work out the right price for you. It is also important we have the correct weights entered into our system. Our weights are cross checked with our transport companies and if we are rebilled we will pass the additional charges onto the customer.

Satchels / Prepaid / Airbags
Our envelope, satchel and airbag team have negotiated some terrific flat rate pricing for parcels that are under 3kgs. We currently have one kg prepaid bags (1 kg satchels, two kilogram satchels (2 kg satchels) , and three kilogram bags (3 kg prepaids). To obtain the special airbag rate please select “SATCHEL” in the packaging requirements. When sending your shipment you do not have to send your shipment in a satchel! As long as the shipment is under 3 kgs both actual and volumetric rate ( dont worry our calculator will show the price) you can gain access to our negotiated rate. Residential/ Home Parcel Deliveries
When you enter your quote into our system we have a special filter that helps to only display courier s that will/ or will not deliver to home addresses. Our system is geared to hunt around for you. We noticed that it was becomming increasingly difficult to find courier s that will a) pickup and deliver to residential locations b) accept one off credit card payments c) Offer large discounts even to once off shippers. Our business model is geared towards tackling this niche we provide online courier and freight quotes to ALL Australians.
