UPS is fully cooperating with authorities who are monitoring reports of potentially suspicious packages on board cargo flights.The three UPS aircraft and related cargo detained for inspection on October 29 at Newark Liberty and Philadelphia International airports have been cleared by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Services Suspension from Yemen
Because security is of the utmost importance, UPS is immediately suspending service out of Yemen until further notice. UPS is fully cooperating with authorities who are monitoring reports of potentially suspicious packages onboard cargo flights. Authorities are investigating two aircraft in Philadelphia and one in Newark.
