Please ensure ebay items are properly packaged and if purchasing off a residential location please ensure you select “residential” on our freight calculator. We also have an unattended pickup and delivery option. 
 

Does your company move airbags, satchels and shipments under 3kgs ? Yes we have negotiated a special rate for shipments under 3 kgs please select “Satchel” in the packaging option.
 

Do I need an account to use your freight system? No accounts are required, however we do need your email. If you run a business we encourage you to list your ABN on the second page this will be listed on our reciept to you for shipping.
 

I forgot my password ? Simply follow the login instructions on your welcome email and follow the forgot password prompts on our booking dashboard.
 

I would like to check on the status of my shipment ? Easy simply follow the instructions on your “Welcome email “. You may need to check your spam basket just in case we sent it there. We provide you with the booking ref number and a consignment note number to follow through with your selected carrier.
