Do I need an account with the courier companies?
No accounts are needed with the courier. Customers simply need to register with our system after accepting the quote. Due to our large spend with the courier companies we negotiate wholesale freight rates and process the bookings on our account. Our bulk buying helps our customers gain discounted rates usually reserved for large corporate shippers. We have no minimum spend and welcome adhock / once off shippers.

Can I track my courier?
Yes after you process your courier booking we generate a shipping label for you to print out or email to the sender.The shipping label is equipt with a bar code for tracking Australia wide. Shipping labels can be printed to any A4 laser printer. If you are a high volume user we have a special deal available for thermal printers.

The first thing we will ask you to check is the sizes and weights you have entered. It is very common people make the mistake of putting in a 500 cm fridge. No you do not need any coupons or booklets from the courier companies. Once you book your courier with our system we provide you with a shipping label and to be applied to your box. We do NOT have any minimums or booklets you need to buy. We do not expect you to try and figure out zones and colors on where your shipment is going to. ALL you need to do is to enter your shipment details into our system and we will do all the hard work for you. When you have processed your order we will provide you with a con note ...or a shipping label your shipping label is used for track and trace of your item. How long will my delivery take?
We have a wide range of couriers on the system with different tranit times. From super fast to econcomy! To help our users we have a transit time guide on our quotes screen to help give an approximate indication of the time it will take for the delivery. For many of our large couriers the transit time is the following day. We recommend for your urgent items you select next flight to ensure your urgent items are delivered ontime
